National Mezcal Day ● October 21

Taco Bamba is the House of Mezcal, so for National Mezcal Day, we are going all out. Swing by on October 21 and enjoy half off mezcal pours and $10 mezcal margaritas all day.

National Mezcal Day is a great opportunity to try Taco Bamba’s private-label mezcal, created in collaboration with the esteemed mezcaleros of Rey Campero and available at all locations*.

 In their search for a mezcal that complements the restaurant’s assertive flavors, Victor Albisu and his team, including Taco Bamba beverage director Amin Seddiq, traveled to Candelaria Yegolé, a small town in Oaxaca’s southern highlands. There, they met with Maestro Mezcalero Vicente Sanchez Parada at the distillery’s La Candela palenque, who led them through the mezcal-making process. 

The collaboration resulted in an artisanal mezcal composed of 90% espadin and 10% cuishe, with notes of roasted pineapple, subtle minerality, and a pleasant citrus finish.

Every Taco Bamba location has mezcal on hand, but City Ridge and Nashville feature extensive lists built for exploring. At our other locations, don't be shy: ask the bartender what's on the shelf. They know their stuff.
