This Privacy Policy is provided by PYM Holdings LLC (“Taco Bamba,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and certain rights available to you under applicable law. This Privacy Policy covers Personal Information collected when you access or use our websites and other online products and services, or when you otherwise interact with us where we provide this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Services”). In some circumstances, we may provide different or additional notices of our privacy practices associated with a specific product or Services obtained from us, the capacity in which you engage with us, or different laws that may apply.
Please carefully read this Privacy Policy as we may update it from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.
Your continued use of the Services indicates your acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of this Privacy Policy, now or as amended by us, please immediately cease using our Services.
Personal Information We Collect
“Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual. Personal Information does not include:

- Deidentified or aggregated consumer information.
We collect the following categories of Personal Information:

- Internet network and electronic activity device information, including your IP address, the browser type you use, usage information, cookies, or other tracking information and technologies.
- Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information, including recordings from store security cameras. We may collect this category of information as part of our efforts to ensure the physical security of our facilities and personnel.
For certain transactions, we work with a third-party payment processor that collects and processes payment information, and we do not directly handle your payment card information.
Why We Collect Personal Information
We collect Personal Information for the following purposes:
- To provide our Services and customer service to you, including maintaining and servicing accounts, improving and developing products and Services, troubleshooting, and processing or fulfilling transactions;
- To communicate and respond to your questions and requests about the Services and products, such as responding to communications, contacting you about your transactions, or to market our products and Services. We may use your Personal Information to create de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated information that no longer identifies or relates to a specific person. We use such information in accordance with applicable law. We may also use the Personal Information we collect or that is collected on our behalf to comply with legal and financial obligations and/or to carry out any other purpose described to you at the time the information was collected.

The Services may also contain links to other websites that are not controlled by us. These links are made available to you as a convenience, and you agree to use these links at your own risk. Taco Bamba disclaims any responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites. If you navigate to a third-party website from our Services, we strongly encourage you to review and become familiar with that third-party website’s own privacy policy and statements.
In some cases, you may need to provide Personal Information on these third parties’ websites in connection with our Services, such as when you apply for employment with us. By participating in or using such functions, you understand that the Personal Information you provide to such third parties may not be subject to this Privacy Policy, unless expressly stated otherwise. Please refer to the privacy policies of such third parties before providing them with your Personal Information.
Cookies
The Services uses cookies, and other similar technologies such as pixels and beacons, from third parties and service providers to help personalize your online experience, remember your preferences, analyze the use of the Services, advertise our Services to you, and maintain security of the Services. Cookies help us understand how users interact with our Services, including date and time of visits, pages viewed, amount of time spent using our digital offerings, or general information about the device used to access our Services. Websites operated by Taco Bamba do not currently respond to those signals. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will stop. Third parties that have content embedded on the Services such as social media plugins may obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited the Services. Email Choices: You may opt out of marketing or advertising emails by following the unsubscribe process included in any promotional email you received. Personal Information of Children
We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child in a manner not permitted by law, please contact us.

U.S. state data privacy laws require Taco Bamba to disclose the categories of personal information we collect, how we use that information, and with whom it is disclosed. Categories of Personal Information Disclosed and Categories of Recipients
We disclose the following categories of Personal Information for a business purpose or commercial purpose:
- We disclose Identifiers, Commercial Information, and Internet or other electronic network activity information with service providers performing services on our behalf and third parties, advertising networks, and those to whom you consent to or direct we provide your information.
- We disclose Identifiers, Commercial Information, and other employment-related Information with service providers providing services on our behalf, including identity verification providers, payment risk vendors, and fraud prevention partners.
- We disclose Internet or other electronic network activity information with internet service providers providing services on our behalf, including data analytics providers, operating systems and platforms, marketing service providers, mapping integration providers, and fraud prevention partners.
Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing/Targeted Advertising
In the preceding twelve (12) months, Taco Bamba has not knowingly “sold” or “shared” your personal information.
However, our Services use cookies and other online tracking technologies that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law. Categories of personal information disclosed that may be considered “sale” or “sharing” include, Identifiers and Internet or other electronic network activity information.
Categories of third parties to whom personal information was disclosed that may be considered “sale” or “sharing” include certain advertisers and marketing partners, data analytics providers, and social media networks.

Right to Access, Know, and Correct
You may submit a request to access the personal information we maintain about you, a request to know what personal information is maintained about you, and/or a request to correct any personal information maintained by Taco Bamba. - Disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
Right to Delete
You may have the right to request that Taco Bamba delete any personal information collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we confirm your identity, we will review your request to understand if an exception applies to your request. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) and as permitted by applicable law. We will delete or deidentify personal information not subject to an exception from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.
Retention of Personal Information
We will retain your personal information for a period we believe reasonable to fulfill the purposes for which we hold your personal information, as outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
- The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the Services to you;
- Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); and
- Whether retention is advisable considering our legal position (such as for statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).

Right to Appeal
Residents of certain states may have the right to appeal our decision with respect to a request. If you have concerns about the result of an appeal, you may contact the Attorney General in the state where you reside.
Your request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative, which may include:
- Providing sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative; and
- Describing your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.
You do not need to create an account with us to submit a request. We will only use Personal Information provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make it.
If your jurisdiction allows you to file a complaint with the state’s Attorney General’s Office regarding any concerns with the result of your appeal request, you may do so by using the following links as may be applicable to you.
Authorized Agents
Only you or your authorized agent may make a consumer request related to your Personal Information.
If we receive your request from an authorized agent and they do not provide a valid power of attorney, we may ask the authorized agent to provide proof that you gave the agent signed permission to submit the request to exercise rights on your behalf. In the absence of a valid power of attorney, we may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us or confirm to us that you otherwise provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request. If you are an authorized agent seeking to make a request, please submit the following to info@tacobamba.com:
- A copy of a power of attorney provided to you by the consumer pursuant to applicable law; or
- Proof of signed permission along with a copy of your ID and have the consumer directly confirm with us that they provided you permission to submit the request by sending an email.
Response Timing and Format
We will respond to a consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Any disclosures we provide may only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Non-discrimination and No Retaliation
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.
Updates to This Policy
We periodically update this Privacy Policy. All changes are effective immediately upon its posting to our website.
